As a co-founder of the Neurodiversity Education Academy I regularly host their Community Gatherings. These happen once a month (check out the link at the bottom for more).
In March we are shifting this to a new day and time and changing the structure a little.
Instead of doing a 1-hour interactive presentation, we will lead with a shorter presentation and have room for some community interaction and some group coaching as well. Community meetings are always best attended live, and now this will be even more true in this new format. If you DO miss it, you can always go to the Neurodiversity Education Academy website and sign up to access the presentation part of the gathering.
The first of the sessions in this new format will be on ADHD and hormones.

While we might not have time to go into everything in depth I want to cover some of the vital points we have learned about ADHD and how hormones and hormonal changes can affect how ADHD shows up in our lives. The fluctuations of hormones can make working with your ADHD a real challenge sometimes. Especially if you do not understand what is going on. Knowledge is really power in this case!

It will be exciting for me to present this. For one because learning more about this topic was lifechanging for me in the last 5 years, as I started to enter perimenopause.
And secondly, because I’m excited (and a little nervous) to try out this new format of coaching 1 or 2 people in front of the group around a related question of their own. I hope enough of you show up bravely to do this with me!
Hope to see you there! I’m curious to hear what your questions are around hormones.
Don’t forget to sign up (link at the bottom).
